Eclectic Edwardian

A complete house renovation project, which involved gutting this ‘grande dame’ in its entirety, and renewing all plumbing, wiring and insulation. In order to maximize space and increase natural lighting, walls were removed and skylights added. The outcome was an updated, inviting family home that retained its classic character by preserving original features such as the vintage radiators, ornate stair rails and stained glass windows. Accents like the newly installed eco-friendly ethanol fireplace and exposed bulb pendants, infused a fresh, contemporary vibe. 

This house was used in the filming of 'Love It or List It'.
