Repurposed Apartment

The luxury apartment with views of the water and close to the city centre, was ideally situated, but required some serious renewing to take it to the next level. It was to become more usable, less cluttered (let the views do the talking), and up the ante on the style factor. The space was also intended to be dual-purpose, allowing both work and entertaining to take place effortlessly. Through sufficient storage, appealing art and versatile furniture, the well illuminated expanse soon ticked all the boxes.
