Case Study: Contemporary Cantilever

A dilapidated house was demolished and replaced by a 3-story, custom-built house. Working with the architect, Oudejans Interiors created a luxury, light-filled 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with a spacious open-concept interior and the latest technology. Urban and elegant in style, it appears trim and streamlined, yet is comfortable for everyday living and easy entertaining. Committed to sustainable design, the firm prioritized natural daylight, high insulation values and incorporated ecological materials where possible.
